2. Phone Support Have an urgent question? You now have a direct line to a Pro Service Technician to help you one-on-one. Call us Monday through Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.
 
3. Priority Email Support You’re our priority in email support. Shoot us an email to our priority email address supplied once package is purchased, and a Pro Service Technician will respond within a business day.
 
4. Hot Swap Loan Unit If our team determines your printer needs to be collected for repair, we’ll ship you a loan unit before receiving your printer to ensure your production stays on track. All you need to do is put your unit in its original packaging and we will arrange for collection. Above is subjected to availability of a loan unit, if a loan unit is unavailable or in transit to you, we will offer printing services and only charge for consumables used.
 
5. RMA Replacement Unit If our team determines your printer needs to be replaced, we’ll ship you a replacement unit and collect our loan unit. Shipping to be at our cost. If replacement unit is not immediately available our loan unit will remain with you until your replacement unit becomes available. Above is subjected to availability of a loan unit, if a loan unit is unavailable or in transit to you, we will offer printing services and only charge for consumables used. (RMA unit will be a refurbished unit and the remainder warranty of your faulty unit will be carried over to the RMA unit)
 
6. Express Courier Services With a Pro Service Plan your shipping method will be bumped up from Standard (4-5 days) shipping to Express (2-3 days) shipping to ensure quicker delivery and pickup times. *days mentioned will be business days
